Anti-Harassment Action Protocol
We reject any unwanted behaviour that may cause, instigate or promote harassment or intimidation. That is why we strive to ensure a working environment that respects the rights of all its members, and to safeguard the prevention of all kinds of harassment or intimidation, by defining guidelines that help detect and resolve any harassment cases that may arise, always under the principles of confidentiality, effectiveness and fairness.


LGBTI Protocol
To respond to the need to focus on the prevention, awareness and, of course, elimination of all forms of violence and/or discrimination towards workers belonging to the LGBTI community at GRUPO ALE-HOP.
Code of Conduct and Ethics
The Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out the principles, values and ethical standards that govern the conduct of the people who make up the organisation. Therefore, each member of the Company is expected to comply with this Code of Conduct and Ethics, always acting with integrity, honesty and responsibility, as well as respect in interpersonal relationships.
