We believe these challenges are key to sparking new ideas, attracting talent and continuing to drive change that can also inspire those around us. We work to reduce our impact and make more conscious decisions every day.
On the social side, we prioritise guaranteeing fair working conditions, respect for human rights and the carrying out of independent social audits, such as those conducted by organisations like BSCI. When it comes to governance, we require regulatory compliance and real traceability of the origin of materials.


In our ongoing effort to care for the environment, we have taken important steps towards sustainability, eliminating plastic bags both in our physical stores and online. We continue to implement measures to minimise the use of single-use plastics, actively contributing to waste reduction and encouraging more responsible practices for the environment.
Logistics
We optimise our distribution processes to avoid unnecessary trips, we group shipments together and make the most of every load. We do this in collaboration with logistics partners who share our commitment to reducing the impact of transport. We prioritise sea and land transport, and only use air freight on intercontinental routes where there are no viable alternatives.
