Exchange & Return policy

We have compiled the most important data on exchanges and returns so that if you don't like any of our products, you can make the exchange or return without a fuss:

Return period

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to make exchanges and returns.

Free return/exchange in store

Exchanges and returns of online orders can be made at any physical store in Spain, except in our Outlet stores and:

To exchange or return an online purchase, you must keep the simplified invoice you will receive with your order. In case you don't have it, don't worry: you can download it at any time through your client area.

Return by parcel

You can only make returns through parcel delivery. If you would like to make an exchange, such as in size or color, you would have to return the item and place a new order with the items you want to receive.

Like shipping costs, the return cost will depend on where we pick up the product. The pick-up costs will be €5 for the peninsular territory, €7 for the Balearic Islands, and €12 for all other areas with shipping.

How to request a return

In your customer area, you will find a section to make returns. To request one, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "my returns" section at the bottom left.

Step 2: Click "create return."

Step 3:
 Select the order that contains the products you want to return.

Step 4:
 Select the products to be returned and the quantity (if you bought more than one).

Step 5:
 Select the reason for the return.

Step 6:
 Accept the terms and conditions and submit.

Step 7:
 The rest is up to us. We will contact you with updates about the status of the return.

Preparing your products for pick-up

Once we review your request and approve it, we will contact you to provide information regarding the collection with the transport agency.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging and label, and in the same box or a similar one.

Customized products do not allow changes or returns once the order is confirmed.

In the next few days after authorization, a carrier will stop by the address to pick up the package and add the label to send it to our warehouse.

Refund

Once we receive the package at our facilities, we will check to make sure the product is in perfect condition and then proceed with the refund. This refund will be made 3 to 10 days after receiving the product at our warehouse. We will refund it to the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Remember that the refund amount will be that of the product(s) minus the corresponding return costs.

If the purchase is made using a promotional code, the proportional part will be refunded based on the total amount spent after redeeming the coupon.
